www.lameatmaison.com (here in after referred to as “site”) is the online store of the company under the name “LA MEAT MAISON Single Member S.A.” (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) which is based in Koropi, Ifestou Street no. 54, Bus. Reg. No. 158913501000., VAT 801547804, tel. +30 216 070 8848, e-mail info@lameatmaison.com. Browsing and using the site implies your (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, “User”) explicit consent to this Privacy Policy. The Company, as the controller, has taken all necessary measures to maximize the protection of your personal data in accordance with applicable law. However, data transfer over the internet is not completely secure and any data transfer is at your own risk.

Use of the site by the User requires unconditional agreement with the following:

  1. User Recognition – Data We Collect

In order to allow purchases, you will be required to disclose some of your personal data. In particular, when registering and in order to make a transaction, which is only allowed if you are over 18, you will be asked for your full name, full address, e-mail address, contact number and unique password. The Company has no access, cannot and does not collect any credit / debit / prepaid card.

The Company does not in any way disclose or make public the personal data and information of Users. The User guarantees and bears responsibility for the truth, accuracy, validity, authenticity, relevance and convenience of the personal data disclosed to the Company.

  1. Purpose of processing personal data

We process all of your personal data in accordance with the law. The Company uses your data and e-mail in order (i) to execute the sales agreement between you and the Company, (ii) to contact you with regards to products posted on the site, (iii) to send you newsletters according to your preferences, (iv) to measure site traffic and User requirements and preferences, (v) for the User to participate in competitions and promotions.

  1. User’s rights as the data subject

In such a case, the Company responds to the request within 15 working days, unless the request is very complex or there is a big number of similar requests. This Privacy Policy is governed by Greek law. Competent courts for any dispute arising from it are the courts of Athens.
